Our Story

A stand built on patience, not shortcuts.

BIG BIRD started as a single raspa cart on a Progreso corner — no signage, just a cooler, a block of ice, and the conviction that frozen fruit deserved more respect than a machine could give it.

Today we are still that stand. We still shave every block by hand. We still taste each batch before it reaches your cup. The tools changed; the standard did not.
